before and after

Here's a sneak peek of today...I will post more later when I have time and energy!

Here's me at the start line... Here's me about a half hour after finishing....Honestly it was an awesome race. I am in pain, but it's the good kind. Sort of like when you have a baby and the pain becomes worth it. Again, more later, just wanted to share...I ran 26.2 miles in 4:32:58 and lived to tell about it!
