Skater Boy

Easton's friend Sam let him try his skateboard the other day, so of course Easton had to have one of his own. He had some money saved up, so here it is. I guess my boy is growing up.

Yesterday Easton and I were reading on the porch outside while Macy was just playing around. She stopped and looked down at a little smashed leaf on the ground. I said "What is it Macy" and with a squished up face she replied "boober" (her word for booger). Easton and I laughed. Macy, realizing the reaction she got, started yelling "boober, boober, boober" and laughing for quite awhile. Oh the things kids say!

Soccer Camp

Last week was the hottest week of the summer so far and my kids went to a soccer camp put on by a local church. Despite the miserable heat they had tons of fun! Easton won his team's "passing" award and Peyton got the MVP award for her team. Macy really wants to be big and was upset that she couldn't play too. She would yell "I SOCCER!!!". After awhile she figured out other ways to entertain herself....like eating "shee-shee's" from in between her fingers. She's so funny.
